This policy applies to all orders placed on our WANGJIN Shopify UK store, covering order processing, delivery cycle, shipping scope and related instructions:
1 Order Processing Time: All paid orders will be processed, inspected, packaged and delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Orders placed on weekends, UK statutory holidays or peak shopping seasons will be postponed to the next working day for processing.
2 Delivery Time for European and American Countries: After the order is successfully shipped, the standard delivery cycle for all European and American regions is 15 to 30 working days (excluding holidays and weekends).
3 Logistics Instructions: International logistics may be affected by customs clearance inspection, regional transportation adjustment, weather conditions and other uncontrollable factors, resulting in slight delays in individual orders. We will timely update the logistics information of your order, and you can check the latest transportation status through the order tracking number.
4 Shipping Scope: We mainly provide shipping services for European and American countries and regions, and support cross-border delivery for most mainstream regions around the world. For remote areas with unsupported logistics, we will take the initiative to contact customers to cancel or adjust orders.
