Return & Exchange Policy

To protect the legitimate rights and interests of every customer, we have formulated standardized return and exchange service rules. All return and exchange applications must comply with the following provisions:
1 Application Time Limit: Customers can apply for return or exchange within 30 days after receiving the goods. Applications exceeding the time limit will not be accepted without special reasons.
2 Qualified Return & Exchange Conditions: The returned goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and complete packaging, and no traces of wear, stains or artificial damage. Products that do not meet the above standards will be rejected for return and exchange.
3 Inadmissible Situations: Customized products, clearance discounted products, and products damaged due to personal wearing, improper cleaning or artificial damage do not support free return and exchange.
4 Processing Process: After you apply for return and exchange via email and obtain our official approval, please send the goods back according to the designated return address. We will inspect the goods within 3 working days after receiving the returned items, and complete the refund or exchange arrangement for qualified orders.
5 Freight Instructions: If the return or exchange is caused by our product quality problems, wrong delivery or missing items, we will bear the return freight; if it is due to personal reasons such as inappropriate style and size, the customer shall bear the return freight by themselves.
